My head is overloaded with mickey mouse!

Now more than ever, my children and I have found ourselves locked inside and wanting to get out and about. Without a double stroller, it's a bit hard to go do anything outside of the house, so we went to the park right next to our place a few days ago. The kids enjoyed it, but there's not much a 1 and 2 year old can do at a tiny park with big slides and mom's worst nightmare, SAND! So we played in the grass and of course, threw rocks at eachother, lol. So i'm thinking about starting up my little business again selling crafty baby things, pillow case dresses, wipey cases, ect. The only issue with that is, i would have NO time to get my household duties done if i dedicated time to that. With school at night and children that make messes during the day, i'm running out of ideas as to what my babies and i can do together, that will keep us occupied and away from the TV! My girls have watched nothing but Mickey Mouse, spongebob, and princess movies, ALL day! Where has my day gone?! I would LOVE to bake cookies right now, that would be fun, however, no money=no cookie dough. That's okay! Theres a point to this posting <3 style="font-weight:bold;">

Get Creative MAMA!
Think of a fun arts and crafts project you c
an do with your little one. Start a little photo journal of drawings and fun things your kids make. My daughter loves dinosaurs right now, so we can spread out some paper, crayons, and let our creative minds do the work. Trace your childs hand and turn the thumb into the dinosaurs head, and the fingers into the spikes. Much like the turkey creations we did in school, but tailored to what your child is into!

Teach the art of music...
Turn on a cd, mp3, or music station and dance like no ones watching. Kids love to dance, and if you're joining them, they'll think you've gone
crazy! lol, or they'll enjoy the time they're having playing with mommy.
Play dress up!
All toddlers like to dress up, unless they're stubborn and too young to enjoy it like my little princess sierinity, lol. Abigail loves this idea, she has many dress up outfits including old halloween costumes and pretty play dresses. Make a fashion show for daddy, lay out a blanket as the 'cat walk' and have daddy stand at the end with a camera. This will not only make for some adorable scrap book photo's, but will also make your child feel special because SHE got to decide what to wear.

Well it looks as though my love bug is ready for a nap.....eek! it's 6 p.m. NOT a good idea, lol, time to start dinner and have a little bit of big girl help <3

too late, she's asleep, lol

Mickey mouse, wishes of the outdoors, and a long night ahead of me lol,
